A 5-hour course that gives participants in grades 6 through 9 the skills and confidence needed to begin their babysitting careers. Students learn CPR, choking rescue, first aid, emergency preparedness, infant care, diapering, and the key ages and stages of child development.

A 90-minute program designed for students in grades 3-5 to prepare them to be safe when they are home alone. Students learn how to prevent unsafe situations and respond to emergencies. Students also learn how to use a first aid chart to systematically assess and treat basic injuries. The course prepares students for their initial steps toward independence. Virtual option.

A 3-hour course where participants learn the latest information on infant care, age-appropriate behavior management, and basic first aid skills. Participants also practice critical life-saving techniques, including choking rescue and CPR. This focused program is ideal for grandparents, nannies, au pairs, and other adult caregivers.
A 60-minute hands-on practice session designed for those who have already completed an initial babysitting course. Students revisit two critical emergency skills: infant and child choking rescue and CPR, to build the muscle memory and confidence required during real crises.

A 60-minute course for students who are interested in learning how to safely care for children. Students learn tips to manage behavior that will help them stay in control of themselves and the children in their care. Students also learn the ages and stages of child development, as well as practice diapering.

A 60-minute advanced course for sitters who want to confidently care for children with diverse needs. Students will learn proper communication language, sensory difference awareness, and essential pre-job screening questions. Featuring a proven, step-by-step calming sequence, this course prepares students to become highly trusted, in-demand caregivers. Virtual option.
A 60-minute neurodivergent-affirming safety class for kids and teens designed to build essential emergency readiness skills. Students will learn home safety basics, unexpected visitor protocols, and proper 911 emergency communication. Featuring a built-in calming sequence and custom safety plans, this low-pressure course empowers students to stay steady, present, and safe, their way.

We work with you from the ground up to design curriculum that fits your needs, whether you want a single session or a multi-day series, delivered virtually, in person, or in a hybrid format. We can host at a convenient public space or come directly to your organization.
